Back in the Summer Stu and I were blown away by the success and support of the limited edition t-shirts we created for our friend Bonnie's 'Last Wish for Suffering Donkeys' campaign to help suffering working donkeys in India.
We were hoping that our tees would raise a few hundred to contribute to her campaign, and in just 3 weeks we managed to sell 170 t-shirts which raised £1,237 for the charity Animal Aid Unlimited.
After a few requests we are re-running the original designs on Fabrily under The Compassion Collective and Compassionate Dorset plus we have launched a seasonal version of our most popular "Donkey" design for Christmas!
We hope that our tees will raise further funds, awareness about animal sentience, and keep putting a smile on people's faces too (especially Bonnie's!).
We are also selling Christmas cards on Etsy and have already nearly sold out so get your hoofs on them now while you can at www.etsy.com/uk/shop/CompassionCollective. Plus we are going to run an online print auction on Facebook for one week only 2nd - 9th December, with limited edition prints by Stu and by our lovely super talented client Sam Cannon Art - so watch this space!
Anna Celeste Watson is Boo&Stu's Web & Graphic Designer
Born in West Sussex and now living in Dorset, Anna graduated from Wimbledon School of Art in 2000 with a degree in Fine Art: Painting where she specialised in Film & Video. She worked as the Video Editor for Travel TV at Teddington Studios creating broadcast documentaries for Sky TV and online content, until 2001, when she developed an interest in creating websites. Anna then worked for 3 years as a Web Designer for Fresh Egg Ltd in Worthing (now listed in the Top 100 Digital Agencies) before going fully freelance, and in 2015 officially combined forces with her Graphic Designer partner Stu to form Boo&Stu.
Once again we are selling exclusively through an online site that has been specially created for people to promote t-shirts in aid of charities. These 3 designs will still be strictly limited edition and only available for 3 weeks in time for Christmas.
These tees will only get printed if we get enough orders. We only need 5 sales for each main product so we hope we once again exceed our target. Please do share this post below, or share the campaign site itself, to help us make our tees a success for our friend Bonnie.
